Serve the Suffering Humanity

 By Farhan khan

This is the rule of the world, no human being can live alone. Every human being needs other human beings to survive. The life of every human being is connected with the cooperation of other human beings. No human being can live without the cooperation of other human beings. A person has to complete the journey of life by cooperating and taking cooperation with each other and an ideal society is the one in which all people cooperate with each other and consider it their duty to live by fulfilling the needs of the needy. .

Working together is the beginning of a good society. Helping each other regardless of discrimination is a characteristic of all societies. Every religion of the world has exhorted to serve humanity without discrimination. Caring for the needs of the needy is the basic teaching of every religion. Islam's teachings on human rights provide a comprehensive guide to social responsibilities and human welfare.

Charity has become an organized sector to serve the world. There are 162 thousand 427 charities registered in Great Britain, with an annual value of 53.4 billion pounds. 98% of UK households make some use of the services provided by charities.

The situation in America is similar. According to the Giving USA 2016 report, Americans gave $373.25 billion to charitable causes in 2015, of which 71 percent, or $264.58 billion, was donated by individual Americans. Western society has made itself a strong and prosperous society by following many of the rules of Islam. He has spent so much wealth in one year only for the welfare of the society.

"Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving Day" and "Black Friday" are celebrated as major festivals in America. These days in America, all the necessities of life are reduced by 50%. People shop more on these days than the rest of the year. Major US stores are open to the public day and night. Everything is made available at affordable rates. Economically disadvantaged Americans take full advantage of this opportunity. Deals are done online. Goods are delivered to homes.

Rich people go around sharing their spare goods for free to make the poor happy. They pile it on the doors of their houses. The needy come and carry the required items and leave. The poor also get all the goods free of charge, which brings peace and comfort to their lives. This is the situation of America, while we are Muslims, our religion Islam advises us to help and sympathize with others. Unfortunately, even though we are Muslims, we do not understand the spirit of Islam.

How can religious hatred end?

Corruption in the name of religion is an indisputable fact.  However, there is no religion in the world that is aware of corruption.  In the teachings of every religion, high human morals have been made the basis and the result of religious experience has been declared to be moral refinement.  When people read the teachings of religion on the one hand and look at the behavior of religious people on the other hand, they see Buad al-Mashrikeen.  In this background, it is natural to raise the question that if religion is the bearer of knowledge of good and the messenger of peace, then why was there rioting in the name of religion in human history? Not only in the global political context, this question also arises regarding the internal structure of a society. The observation is that the followers of a religion are divided into several groups and then there is such a difference between them that Which takes the form of riot. This is called sectarianism, religiou...

Importance of Social Work in Islam

By Farhan khan President United Research for Religious Affairs) Social work or humanitarian service and working for the poor and needy people of the society is a great virtue and Islam has taught it. This is the blessed Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he has described the great reward and reward of serving the suffering humanity and helping the needy people. I even submit that after the revelation of the Prophet (PBUH), the first introduction of him came to us from the same reference that he (PBUH) used to serve the needy and deserving people. And when the first revelation was revealed to the last Prophet of Allah, Muhammad (PBUH), he (PBUH) came to his house and said to his wife, Umm al-Mu'minin, Hazrat Khadija (RA): He consoled and said that by God, Allah will not make you sad. And the argument he gave for his claim was that, "You (PBUH) do mercy, help the needy, serve guests, lend a hand to people in their difficulties an...
